Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/44.0.2403.155 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Enable Microphone/Camera capture via WebRTC application Actual results: A snippet has been created which is not movable to another monitor, sticks only to top of the screen of monitor #1 and cannot be disabled. Expected results: There should be an option to disable this notification completely, or at least be able to move it somewhere else. It prevents the navigation through tabs (usability), nor can be moved to any monitor used for debugging (which can be monitor #2 or #3). Moving the snippet is useless, works only if it is being moved slowly (works only if the cursor is in an epsilon-area of the snippet)

With bug 1676705 fixed, this should be fixed for all platforms as we've switched to a new global indicator that can be moved.
