After bug 1180295, showing/hiding the toolbar sends a resize event to content. This (I assume) triggers the "scroll to focused input" code which causes the browser to scroll to the focused input field. Unfortunately this behaviour is super annoying because it can be triggered inadvertently while scrolling while something has focus.
