My Nightly 43 on Win7 suddenly started scrolling in an odd fashion. I would try to scroll a page with the mousewheel, but nothing would happen for a split second, and after that split-second, the page would suddenly scroll. This happened on a variety of pages, and dissapeared after a restart. Other operations in the browser were responsive. I captured a profile but it did not show any performance problems and the frame-rate graph looked very healthy. Benoit believes this bug might be an APZ correctness issue. Once I restarted the browser, the problem went away. See attached video. I reproduced this on GMail, Bugzilla, Reddit, etc but all during that one browser session.

I'm seeing this behaviour again (after a restart)

For now I'm assuming this is the same as bug 1160540; if you still see this after that is fixed we can investigate.
Depends on: 1160540
