Steps to reproduce:

1. open the testcase.html in a browser window and wait (approx 20 sec)
2. when the band appears or disappears a new run is started


Actual results:

The yellow unresponsive script warning band reduces the window height when it appears.
This can lead to a never ending loop when the unresponsive script responds to window resize events.


Expected results:

The unresponsive script warning should not change window dimensions
