We should also specify what kind of workloads we want. Should we do it with empty databases or get 2 data-points with empty databases and the equivalent of our workload-light?

Empty database will be the first workload to be used. And we need one way to import the same workload to Android as FxOS could do. I'll suggest we use workdload-heavy since the target device Aries/Z3C is a high-end device. Additionally, current benchmark result of Aries with workload-heavy on Raptor is much better than Flame with workload-light.
