Details

Part of the e10s release criteria work. This data holds metrics we need to drive the release decision for e10s. Howevever the data is currently not easily accessible. We need to come up with some sort of HUD for this that provides numbers the e10s can check on Nightly/Aurora for regressions and improvements.
