STR: 1) Open http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/918849-REG/nikon_2205_af_s_nikkor_800mm_f_5_6e.html 2) Start scrolling it shortly after it's loaded. I can reproduce this 100% so far on today' nightly (2015-08-24). Defaulting to blaming APZ but I'm not 100% sure.

It's like everybody in the world goes to bhphotovideo.com. I'd never even heard of it before APZ got turned on.
