This option is going away soon (bug 1003313), so if no one opposes, I think we can wontfix this bug

If we actually remove the menu item, I'm OK with that (also consider a fix would need to ride the trains, fx43 at best).
But bug 1003313 doesn't seem to have a clear opinion on keeping the possibility to open non-e10s windows once the pref is enabled by default (bug 1003313 comment 4).

We're not shipping this, so we don't need to localize it
