The icon for .txt attachments is drawn badly when attaching text files in
2002011108 on Mac OS X 10.1.2. To reproduce:
1. Create a generic .txt file using TextEdit
2. Create a new Mozilla mail message
3. Attach the text file to the message and look at the icon.

I can confirm this with build ID 2002-01-11-08 on MacOS X 10.1.2.
It seems to be a wider problem though, e.g. the favicon for www.slashdot.org
suffers from the same stripey effect (also www.moneyextra.com) but not
(bizarrely) Mozilla's favicon or Mozillazine's.
I'm reassigning to Browser / ImageLib - but it may need to be reassigned.

This appears to work for both favicons and the attachment case in 0.9.8.
Tested using text attachment and slashdot icon. Both render correctly. Marking
as WORKSFORME as I don't know which fix is relevant.

With 2002020516 on Mac OS X, the .txt attachment icon is still drawn with a
black bar at the bottom that shouldn't be there.
