Repro Steps: 1) Update a Aries to 20150904150055 2) Open Dialer app 3) Call a phone number 4) While the phone call is ringing, adjust volume low to high. Actual: Observed that you can't hear the difference when volume goes low and high. Expected: The volume should adjust when making a phone call and hear the differences between volumes. Notes: It's not a smoker test blocker but needs to be written up. [Blocking Requested - why for this release]: This is a regression and volume can be adjusted while phone is ringing on iOS and Android so nominating this to block.

Seems like an audio channel bug. On Flame 2.2 when adjusting volume while making an outbound call (the other end has not picked up yet) the volume UI is the one with 6 bars, while the affected branch shows the volume UI as the media channel UI with many bars. Working on getting the window.
