[1.Description]:
[AriesKK v2.5][Download Manager]Tap the notification when the picture is downloading from internet,  and view the picture when it is downloaded completely, it will go back to the webpage where the picture is downloaded.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Connect the network and download a picture from internet.
2.Tap the notification when the file is downloading.
3.View the picture when it is downloaded completely in downloads list.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The preview should be shown.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.It will go back to the webpage where the picture is downloaded.

Increasing Flame's memory can work around this issue and with the workaround this is reproducible on Flame 2.5.
