STR: (Win7_64, Nightly 43, 32bit, ID 20150907030206, new profile, safe mode)
1. Launch Nightly with new profile
2. Open https://github.com
3. Click magnifier in search bar
4. Click "Add Github"
Result: Suggestions box disappears for 0.1 second and then appears again, with the new
search engine button.
Expectations: It should not hide for 0.1 second, and just add the search engine button.
