1. Pin a site with small site icon, such as http://alison-shiue.github.io/icon_type/icon_1.html (icon size is 12x12)
2. Go to homescreen to check the pinned site icon
Expected result:
1. A visual treatment should be applied to the icon so that it isn't pixelated
Actual result:
1. The icon is pixelated
