Details

Scenario: Bob asks Alice for review on a patch in mozreview. Alice thinks the right reviewer is Carol. In Bugzilla, Alice would just edit the flag requestee; in mozreview there seems to be no way to do this at all.
Agreed this is a regression from Splinter/Bugzilla. It's on our short-term road map already, ideally to be done next quarter.
