STR on Windows
1. Put Firefox into full screen (F11)
2. Make some content (youtube video) full screen
Result: Content goes full screen without the fade through black transition and the full screen notification is not shown.
Expected result: Both the transition and notification should be triggered as they are when Firefox is in windowed mode.

Not triggering transition is bug 1192664, which doesn't seem very easy to fix, and I'm not too concerned about that. Not showing notification is a news for me. I'll investigate this separately.

I cannot reproduce this bug in the Nightly. It is probably fixed by bug 1204149.
