https://www-dev.allizom.org/zh-CN/privacy/tips/ have a misplaced quotes at this time.
https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/privacy/tips/ and https://www-dev.allizom.org/zh-TW/privacy/tips/ are looks good.
This may be due to font.name.sans-serif.zh-CN (in about:config), it is "Microsoft YaHei" for now, font.name.sans-serif.zh-TW and some others is "Arial". If I changed the element's "font-family" to "Arial" on that page, looks good.
If we just want a workaround, see bug 1125971 for reference.
