D3D11 surface are to be released on the main thread ; but it's possible that they may not be (racy behaviour) I have no idea if that's important, but while investigating bug 1072313 it seems worth doing

KeepAlive has been removed in bug 37984163 in which we have put in place better mechanisms to specify what happens on what thread when destroying textures, and it seems to work well so far.
