Details

Say someone posts a patch and asks Bob for review. Carol notices the bug, realizes she can review the patch easily, and does so. In Bugzilla, Carol would just set the review flag to "+" and it would all work. With reviewboard, the original review request on Bob in Bugzilla persists even though the patch has been reviewed....
Yes, we definitely need to support this.
