For as long as the Windows backlog is an issue. All I need is a regex to match Windows tester.
Armen, can you sanity check that https://github.com/chmanchester/trigger-bot/commit/8ff37bde355b4853ddf0fd51cbbae2e7ca832901 will achieve this reliably?

I made a comment in the PR. It looks good to me.

I think we were up to date for only a little while... let's turn this back off.

Would you want mozci to give you data about pending jobs for a platform?
I'm going to revert this now, we got through the day without any significant Windows test backlog.

I would keep an eye today. It started peaking after midnight and we still have pending jobs early on ET: http://builddata.pub.build.mozilla.org/reports/pending/pending.html The Windows try wait times are of only over an hour at this moment. Atm, Win7 has 182 pending jobs while Win8 has 346 pending jobs.

I've been keeping an eye on this, and generally the main backlog hasn't come back.
