On mozilla-aurora, Android debug mochitest-13 times out consistently and has since Oct 6; previously it was running in ~50 minutes. I wonder if https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/rev/36b3f1e21a29 was responsible for the change?
On mozilla-inbound, Android debug mochitest-13 currently runs in ~50 minutes.

On mozilla-central, run time was decreased drastically on Oct 1, at https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&revision=2c1fb007137d.
On mozilla-inbound, run time improvement range is https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=35bf52467e57 - https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=190f5eeec41a. Maybe bug 1188545?

We are seeing very few Android debug mochitest time-outs now, and M13 in particular seems fine.
