When I disabled HWA, I couldn't reproduce the issue, but I'm not sure, because with HWA enabled I don't reproduce issue every time.
It seems that in Firefox nightly problem is not present.
Unfortunately, problem didn't disappear. Today two times some time after minimizing Nightly whole top panel wasn't visible.

Nothing left for me to do here. A developer needs to have a look at this. Clearing needinfo flag.

Milan, any ideas how to move this forward?

I would like to stress out that last two times whole top panel wasn't visible, even adress bar, titles of tabs and "Minimize", "Maximize", "Exit".
Recently I have installed Thunderbird Beta and the same bug I have noticed there.

An example from Thunderbird. As you can see, Nightly and Thunderbird Beta have this bug in common.

to_du, are you still able to reproduce this with the current Firefox/Thunderbird nightlies?

Unfortunately, not. When I hover elements with mouse, they become visible. Resizing makes everything visible.

Of course, unfortunately, I'm still able to reproduce.
to_du@o2.pl, is the problem still happen on nightly that has Bug 1237617 fix?
Flags: needinfo?(to_du)
This happens on latest Nightly. It's for sure the same type of the problem like bug 1237617, but you must minimize Nightly and go back after some time.
(In reply to to_du from comment #16) > This happens on latest Nightly. It's for sure the same type of the problem > like bug 1237617, but you must minimize Nightly and go back after some time. Thanks. Since it's been some time can you please confirm you are on the latest graphics driver for your graphics cards (assuming you are still running dual GPU).
Flags: needinfo?(to_du)
Yes, I have the latest graphics drivers.
Just a heads-up: I've seen this bug before, though not in a while. I also have an Intel HD 5500 (& no secondary GPU).
Severity: normal → S3
