As a user, I will be able to specify preferred services for some types of information (e.g. Maps, Local Search, News, Dictionary) over the defaults provided by Firefox to better customize the product to my liking.

This was for a future that hasn't gone anywhere. As it was never fully fleshed out, marking as incomplete rather than P5 - it doesn't seem worth keeping these open at the moment.
