If Mozilla is proxied through junkbuster, I see the Apache test page on the host where juskbuster lives. Mozilla does this in Ximian Gnome and in KDE. Several of the Ximian HTML apps use pieces of Mozilla (so says RedCarpet when I go to uninstall Mozilla), and they seem to be affected by this - makes the Ximian Gnome environment next to unuseable.
