User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0
Build ID: 20150826023504
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set browser to a rtl language.
2. Open a website.
3. Enter to the "responsive view" with ctrl+shift+M
Actual results:
The responsive-view is shown at the right side.
1. The bars are at the right side(right-center & right-bottom), so it cannot be dragged to expand the view.
2. The text box with the current size (ex. 1024x768) is rtl, so it looks like: 768x1024 when 1024 is the width.
Expected results:
1. The bars should be at the left side, so it will be able to expand the view size.
2. The text box should be ltr, so width will be first and height second. (w x h)
Another Option --
Move the whole responsive-view back to the left side (as origianl), and make the text-box ltr again.

Please pay attention to the text-box direction, which isn't mentioned at bug 1205561. Thank you.
