Details

The background image on this page isn't fixed; rather, it appears to be scrolled by JS while the rest of the page content scrolls normally. I'm not quite sure why they do that, as I don't actually see a parallax effect or anything along those lines, but I'm going to make this hang off of bug 1201231 as any solution or workaround is likely to be related.
