Feature checked in.

This seems to have caused a serious load time regression. Page load time on btek jumped from 1240 to 1260 during a period where this was the only checkin that could have affected the load time on linux. (The rest was dead code removal, adressbook and mac specific code: see <http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?module=MozillaTinderboxAll&date=explicit&mindate=1011844020&maxdate=1011845879> I've opened bug 121555 to track it, but maybe you can try to back this out to see if that fixes the regression or if we have to look elsewhere?

as a note: mcafee just backed out bug 121546 also.. so this may impact your #'s.

actually, these two sets of changes are orthogonal (or should be, since they were independently measured on the way in).

Per the menu spec this is, at least for now, a wontfix.

accessing the History window is now under the Go menu. vrfy'ing wontfix for adding global history, due to perf issues.
