2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Scroll quickly to the top of the page (using the mousewheel)
Notice how the page stutters (no APZ) or checkerboards very visibly (with APZ)
Tested on: Nightly 44 on Windows 8.1, on an HP i3 (content-perf laptop), about:support attached
