Double-clicking in the URL bar often ends up selecting only the text to the left or right of where the double click occurred. This happens if there is any left-right mouse motion during the second click of the double click. Proposed solutions: 1: don't pay attention to drag during a double click. 2: allow for a couple pixels of slop during the second click of a double click. Steps to reproduce: 1. Ensure that URL is displayed and not selected in the URL bar. 2. Double-click on the text. Hold the mouse down on the second click, then drag to the left or right 1 pixed. 3. Text is partially selected in field.
