Details

When reporting a new bug, Bugzilla uses the "possible duplicates" feature to list... possible duplicates. This feature currently uses YUI. It should be migrated to jQuery. Once this bug and bug 1159596 are fixed, we will be able to entirely kill the YUI code from global/header.html.tmpl and from Bugzilla/Template.pm.
We should remove jQuery as well, just like GitHub.
