STR: 1. Clear all Firefox caches 2. Load the Yahoo search for search term “cats” or go directly to https://search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?p=cats&ei=UTF-8&hspart=mozilla&hsimp=yhs-001 3. Run the scrolling bookmarklet from bug 894128 4. Compare mean & std. dev for the painting intervals on D2D 1.0 vs D2D 1.1 Expected: Similar mean & std. dev for the rAF callbacks Actual: D2D 1.1 mean & std.dev are higher vs the D2D 1.0 configuration The test laptop was a reference content-perf laptop: HP 14t i3-5010u running Nightly 44 (e10s) on Windows 8.1, in the “Power Saver” power profile, with the laptop plugged into power. APZ was enabled but APZ is not in use when scrolling with the bookmarklet.

We would need to re-measure this. We don't have D2D 1.0 backend anymore.
