STR:
1.) Pin a site like m.facebook.com
2.) Move the icon up to around the first page of icons
3.) Release and click and hold again to pull up the menu
Expected result:
Menu shows with delete and configure options.
Actual result:
Menu only shows up as a tiny sliver at the bottom of the screen. See screeshot.
Note, you might have to enter and then close the Pin edit dialog for this to happen.

This is because of bug 1216106.
