For instance http://www.userfriendly.org/static/ and http://www.folkbladet.nu no
longer show their favico.ico; this stopped working a month or so ago. It seems
to only be a problem with pages that only have their favico in the directory
rather than specified via a meta-tag.

Please always include build ID in bug-reports.
According to bug 120949, the feature was deliberatly turned off by default on
January 19th.
Resolving as invalid.

verified invalid - we disabled this agressive Favicon requests :
but that is not 120949.
And the new builds are completly without favicons. (bug 120949)
