Tested with build 2002012503. Open composer, then an html page. Create a link and set it to another html page in the same directory, and select "URL is relative to page location". Save the page and close it. Reopen the page and double-click onto the link to see its properties. You will see that the location contains the entire path, and so, when published, the link points to the local file!! Note the problem was not on build 20020117xx and olders. Thanks
