[1.Description]:
[B2GDroid]User can't add a contact photo via camera. When user tries to add a photo, device will lauch gallery app, but there isn't context menu for user launch camera.

[2.Testing Steps]:
1. Open the Contacts app.
2. Open add new contact view.
3. Try to add a picture via tapping "+".
[3.Expected Result]:
3. Context menu pops up, and user can select camera or gallery.

3. Device will launch gallery.
