Bug 1217341, comment 11 found discrepancies in how the v4 about:healthreport and about:addons display plugins.

While i'd like us to take a further look at the data, it seems that this is basically QuickTime installing several plugins for different mimetypes.
about:addons collapses them with a simple heuristic to be more user-friendly, the Telemetry data however *should* include all the installed plugin binaries.

I think we should match the simple about:addons heuristic in fhr-jelly to make it less confusing.
