If you have an image floating left of a paragraph which has a left margin (you can see that with a list for example, or any paragraph which has explicitely a left margin set), this margin disappears. In the case of an unordered list, the bullets appear on the image. Netscape 4.x gets it right. Funnily enough IE 5.5 also gets it wrong as we do...
