This bug should implement FTE for Info frame menu.

This feature is not implemented in Gaia repositiory of Mozilla-B2G. We need support from partner.

Hello Kusaba-san:
This is the latest proposal of first-time use spec from our UX/visual team.
We need your help to evaluate whether it's possible to implement the "Info frame" section.
(the 4-color key menu that pops up after long-pressing home key)

Hi Rex

I heared this concept/rough spec in Taipei but no intention to introduce for 16spr model.
This should be introduced to 17 models.

Reason is 
1. Info frame is automatically displayed when power on
2. V2.5 update by NWDL
Most of user already saw info frame at V2.5 NWDL timing as #1.
And it may be difficult to judge info frame is manually displayed or automatically displayed
