Details

As tittle, the audio competing behavior is wrong. We should resume the "content" type after the "normal" type ended. See [1] for the reproduce steps. [1] https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1037745#c2

Hi Alastor, This is not a bug. The behavior is defined in the spec[1]. Let's fix Bug 1214908 by changing the audio channel type of lockscreen as "system". [1]: https://bug1068219.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8579177
