(Whiteboard: [Test account ID: mozdebug Password: mozilla])
I've got a Yahoo mail account. However, since about a week or two ago I cannot
reply to Email from that account. I can successfully click on the "Reply" button
which takes me to a compose-reply page. Once I've composed my reply, I click
"Send" - but nothing happens. I do get an hour-glass mouse marker, but apart
from that, nothing seems to happen.
Annoying, actually. I'm guessing that this is due to some JavaScript problem. I
could not find any existing boogs about this.

Browser, not engine. Reassigning to Form Submission -
Christian, are there any errors in Tasks > Tools > JavaScript Console?
(Be sure to clear it out of any previous errors before trying)

Gee, this WORKSFORME using Mozilla binary 20020125xx on WinNT,
using the following test account at Yahoo mail:
[Test account ID: mozdebug Password: mozilla]
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I sent an email to mozdebug@yahoo.com from my Netscape account
2. I logged onto http://mail.yahoo.com
3. I read the email
4. I hit the "Reply" button and got a compose-reply page
5. I hit the "Send" button
6. I received the email in my Netscape account
Does it matter that in step 2, I logged onto http://mail.yahoo.com
instead of http://my.yahoo.com? I hope not -

Reporter do you mean :
b) external Mail to -> Yahoo-> Reply in Yahoo Web mail
a) Yahoo ->externalmail-> Reply in Mozilla Mail&NEWS
Bug 122058 seems to be abuot the same.
The bug blake filed is perhaps bug 117361.
There's an uncomfy bunch of "WFM"'s on this subject...

I could see no errors in Java Script console.
From comment #2, I did steps 1-5. Once "Send" was clicked, nothing happened
(and I was expecting a new page to appear with confirmation of the "send" of
the Email).
From comment #4, it's "b)", i.e., receive an Email in my Yahoo account.
Try to reply to it there (like comment #2 steps 1-5).
Thanks for looking into this.

Yeah, I'm seeing the same behavior as described in Bug 122058.

Christian, what happens if you try the test account in Comment #2?
Do you have the same problem as with your own account?

Just tried going to the test account. And it didn't work. Nothing happens.
Nothing in the Javascript console either.

BTW, this is build 2002012203. The test account has the same problem as my
own account.

No luck on build 2002012803 either. I'm on Win2K, btw.
The throbber is going, so it's almost like Mozilla is trying to load something.

Looks much like bug 117363 which was fixed mid-February. Duping against that on
the strong belief that this will not be seen on a recent build. If anyone
disagrees please feel free to yell at me.
