"Reset" button on bug form too close to Commit button

I just clicked "Reset" (below the Description field) by accident when adding a Comment to a bug. The Reset button is much closer to Commit on an existing bug form than on the form where you enter a new bug. In any event, I think that button is unnecessary; most short forms don't have a Reset button. Whenever I want to delete something in a text area field I simple CTRL-A and hit backspace. Compare the position of Reset as you look at this bug to the position on: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Bugzilla
