IOW - not just flame-kk that's okay for now since we are only scheduling flame-kk and aries-dogfood on b2g44_v_2_5 but it will be a problem if we schedule others like https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/search?q=b2g_aries_spark_ota_base.yml we should get something on file and address this after the rush.

OTA won't work for flame. We need FOTA.

Specifically Gecko/gaia only FOTA for flame.
