Reproducible on: Firefox 45.0a1, Firefox 44.0a2 and Firefox 43 beta 2 using Windows 10 64-bit STR 1.Enable the Tablet Mode. 2.Launch Firefox with a clean profile. 3.Tap any text box. ER OSK is automatically displayed in Tablet Mode. AR OSK does not appear in Tablet Mode. Additional notes: - This issue is reproducible on Firefox 45.0a1 (2015-11-09), Firefox 44.0a2 (2015-11-09) and Firefox 43 Beta 2 under Windows 10 64-bit. - This testing was performed on a Dell Xps 12 which has a hardware keyboard. Investigated further this issue and noticed that is also reproducible on Surface Pro 2 with no keyboard attached. The regression range is the same. So, this bug is not built-in keyboard specific. In this case, it is still a duplicate of Bug 1221947
