This bug is used to collect all the feedback and required engineering works for security topic in Firefox OS medical platform project.
Comments from Richard Paradies: If it is going to be used world-wide for the purpose of getting medical advise from attending physicians, it must also comply with regulatory bodies. In the US we have the Food and Drug Administration. The EU has its own. There are also standards for reporting Electronic Health Records ( for example, see http://www.hl7.org/Special/committees/ehr/overview.cfm). In the US and EU there are strict laws protecting the patient's privacy. These have to be considered in developing the feature set and a security policy.
