Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a Telegram (https://web.telegram.org/) conversation
2) Send an image
3) Click on the image you've just sent
4) Right click on the image, press "Save Image As..."

Nothing happens.
The following error is logged to the browser console: Security Error: Content at https://web.telegram.org/ may not load data from blob:https://web.telegram.org/903dcb87-fc53-416e-b619-5ed60b6e9654.

We should allow saving the image, or, if there really are security problems here, not show the "Save Image As..." option in the first place.
Works correctly with e10s disabled.
