User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Build ID: 20151118030232 Steps to reproduce: As a Firefox OS user I want to have the ability to put a bookmark on any audio file. This is very helpful when listening to very long podcasts. Imagine the following scenario: I have a 5 hour podcast and I can only listen to 1 hour and 5 minutes today. Therefor I would like to have the ability to put a bookmark at that time frame so that the next time I start the podcast it resumes from that position.

This is effectively bug 824060. While this bug could be interpreted as adding the ability to add *persistent* bookmarks, I don't think that makes much sense for a Music app. However, an app more oriented towards actual podcasts (or audiobooks) could conceivably use something like that.
