As a Mozilla developer I want to optimize the dialer/contact structure by splitting the 2 applications so that I can align those apps to NGA criteria. Acceptance Criteria: * This change should not have performances impact on Dialer/Contact functionality * There should not be feature regression on the implementation of Dialer/Callscreen between 2.5 and 2.6. * It shall be possible to OTA from 2.5 to 2.6.
