nexus-7-jss15q-2 appears to not be charging. It is at 12% capacity and no longer able to test. In addition, all 4 nexus 4 devices nexus-4-jdq39-{1,2,3,4} failed to connect after a reboot at 10:30 PM PT last night and have not reconnected after multiple reboots of the host. I suspect a usb hub issue. If the nexus 7 and all of the nexus 4 devices are on the same hub this would be confirmation of the problem.

I've deployed this patch on the temporary branch in production to disable the devices which no longer are connected or are discharged.

Stephend was very nice and inventoried the hubs/devices and found that the Aluratek 12 port hub failed.
