Currently, we have the same method spread across the codebase. A quick grep on the system app shows:
/apps/system/js/tone_upgrader.js:
/apps/system/js/wallpaper_manager.js:
/apps/system/lockscreen/js/wallpaper_manager.js:
The /shared folder is showing many other occurrences.
We should create a helper that unifies that method (and potentially others) in only 1 place in order to reduce duplicated code.
