1) Open up a console (web/browser)
2) Load either the standalone or the desktop conversation window
3) Look for "dynamic_config.min.js" in the output
On broken versions, its either a 404 on standalone or a weird path on desktop.
This is a regression from the recent directory shuffles.

btw, no obvious effect from these, but they will cause extra 404s on the server.
