MAP's and AREA's now live in the content and they now implement the full DOM API. In addition, incremental changes to the MAP/AREA's are now properly handled so that the image remains sensitive to the appropriate hot spots as the MAP/AREA 's are changed See layout/html/tests/ImageMap.html for a test
